• Queue status monitoring and notifications

• Communication between customers and salon partners

• Appointment history, reviews, and ratings

• Business analytics for salon owners

• Payment processing for services

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

Account Requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• One account per person or business entity

• You may not share account credentials

Account Responsibilities:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

5. BOOKING AND APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Booking Terms:

• All bookings are subject to salon availability and confirmation

• We facilitate bookings but do not provide salon services

• Prices, services, and policies are set by individual salons

• Cancellation and refund policies vary by salon partner

• No-shows may result in charges or account restrictions

Queue Management:

• Queue positions and wait times are estimates based on real-time data

• Actual wait times may vary due to factors beyond our control

• You must arrive within the specified time window

• Missing your turn may require rebooking

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Processing:

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method

• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Refunds are subject to salon partner policies

Fees:

• TAP 'N TRIM app download and basic use is free for customers

• Some premium features may require subscription fees

• Salon partners pay service fees as per separate agreements

9. SALON PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS

Important Disclaimers:

• We are not responsible for salon service quality or experiences

• Disputes with salons should be resolved directly with the salon

• We do not guarantee salon availability or service standards

• Salon policies and procedures are independent of our platform

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Disclaimer of Warranties:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

• We are not liable for third-party salon services or actions

Limitation of Damages:

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid for services in the past 12 months

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKYVO INNOVATECH LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Infringement of third-party rights

• Your interactions with salon partners

12. TERMINATION

Termination by You:

• You may delete your account at any time through app settings

• Termination does not affect completed transactions

Termination by Us:
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Repeated no-shows or policy violations

• Abusive behavior toward staff or users

• Non-payment of fees

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

• App store update notes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through:
